How to Reset Your Delfis Password #

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.

Step 1: Request a password reset #

1. Go to https://app.delfis.me/login.
2. Click on the link “Forgot Your Password?” or navigate to the Reset Password Page.
3. In the field “E-mail” insert your e-mail.
4. Click the button “Send Password Reset Link”.
5. An email will be sent to your inbox. Check your inbox and click on the link contained in the password reset email sent from Delfis.
6. In the field “Password” insert a new password to access your account (we recommend a length of 8 characters, upper case, lower case, special characters, numbers combined altogether for higher security).
7. In the field “Confirm Password” repeat your password again.
8. Finally click the button “Reset Password”.
