Bills Available Options #

Exhaustive list of all available options for bills

  • Bill Preview #

    • Bill URL section (at the top)
      • Preview: Provide the ability to preview how the bill will look like when you want to share the bill .
      • Copy: Will copy the link of the bille preview into the clipboard, after that you can past it wherever needed, social messenger, email, CRM, …
    • “Actions” button section (top right corner)
      • Draft: The status of the bill will be changed to Draft.
      • Paid: The status of the bill will be changed to Paid.
      • Cancel Bill: The bill will be cancelled, changing the status to cancelled, also all payments will we removed.
      • Add Payments: Will add a single payment to the bill.
      • Manage Payments: The payments window related to the select bill will be open.
      • Edit Document: Will start editing the selected bill.
      • Export to PDF: The selected bill will be exported to PDF, a dialog window will ask for a local directory where to save the PDF file.
      • Duplicate: The selected bill will be duplicated, a new bill will be created, retaining items, quantity, price, and various values.
      • Convert to Quote: The selected bill will be converted to new quote, retaining items, quantity, price, and various values.
