Ticket System
Delfis as part of Lambda GROUP use a ticket system to provide high quality support for it's customers.
A ticketing system works by first creating a "ticket," that records the interactions on our support platform. The ticket is shared between us (Delfis) and you (customer) and logs our communication to one continuous thread. If there's any confusion, or if a detail is overlooked, both parties can refer back to the thread at any point to review past information on the case.
